Ordering Your LidRak

These are the three sizes of Lid-Rack brackets: 8”, 10”, & 12”.

  1. If you are installing your Pot-Lid Rack in a drawer, measure the vertical clearance.  The wooden base is ¾” thick, so for 8” Pot-Lid brackets you will need a minimal clearance of 9”, 11” for 10” brackets, and 13” for 12” brackets.
  2. Measure the interior width of the drawer to make sure the 7.5” wide wooden base will fit.
  3. Measure the interior length of the drawer. A 12” drawer will take 4 brackets, an 18” drawer will take 6, and a 22” drawer will take 7 or sometimes 8 brackets.
  4. The wooden base comes in 1’, 2’ 3’, & 4’ lengths.  You may cut the wooden base for a custom fit to the size of your drawer.  When cutting with a Skil Saw or Chop Saw, remember to turn the wooden base upside down to avoid splintering the cut edge.
  5. If you send us the correct measurement, we will cut the base to your measurement (within a 1/16” tolerance) for a $5-charge. You should deduct between 1/8” to 3/16” from the exact measurement to allow for normal irregularities—out of square drawers, etc.
  6. If you are installing your Pot-Lid Rack on a vertical surface like a wall or back of a cabinet, we will also cut the wooden base to your measurement (within a 1/16” tolerance) for a $5-charge. You should deduct between 1/8” and 3/16” from the exact measurement to allow for normal irregularities.
